Scope
Of Work
- The Services provided by DG Pro Safety Systems may be performed via telephone and other forms of remote correspondence, and will include meetings with personnel and other consultants at times and locations as required.
In each instance, DG Pro Safety shall consult with the customer and, working together, will present a customers specific Scope Of Work, following which a Service Level Agreement shall be produced outlining the Scope Of Work that is approved by the Customer, in writing.
Services
Include (dependant on requirements)
- The Implementation of a SHEQ (Safety,Health,Environment,Quality) Department working within the operating structures of the customers business.
- The Introduction and Implementation of training for the SQAS system (Safety Quality Assessment for Sustainability) Safety File, based on ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001.
- Prepare Legal Appointments, Policies ,Procedures, Forms & Directives as required for a successful SHEQ, CAIA SQAS South Africa external compliance audit.
- Conduct internal audits as required to support the customers CAIA SQAS Africa Transportation compliance audit.
- Working with & training the customers Operations staff to record daily, weekly & monthly data for analysis required for successful implementation of the Quality Management System.
- Introduce Behaviour Based Safety (BBS) reports for all employees with focused BBS driver training & reporting.
- Provide Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality (SHEQ) Monthly Reports.
- Assist and train the customers Operations team with the monitoring of Incidents, accidents, investigations & the reporting of non- Conformance issues.
- Perform and Document a Base Risk Assessment & Task Risk Assessments of the customers Operations to support the external CAIA SQAS SA compliance audit.
- Document and train the customers employees in Emergency Evacuation Plan for, ON & OFF Site emergencies.
- Hold regular drivers meetings for In-House Training of non-conformance issues, analysis of BBS and legal up-dates.
- Advise regarding vehicle specifications, servicing , inspections and transport files.
- Inform Customer of changes in Legal Legislation.

- Route Risk assessments (Where DG Pro have been tasked to undertake a physical Route assessment).
- Incident / accident attendance, as requested.
- Induction & Driver Manual Training, by arrangement, & regular drivers meetings.
- Defensive Driver Training.(Theoretical) by arrangement, & regular drivers meetings.
- Incident & Accident Investigation Certificated Training
- SHEQ (Section 17 OH&S Act) Certificated training.
- Chairing of Disciplinary Hearings.
- Carry out Accident and Incident investigations as requested.
- Prepare Investigation file of evidence gathered for non-conformance and criminal cases.
